RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges and Store Credit

Exchanges or store credit will only be accepted if the product arrives defective or incorrect, including wrong model, size, or color.

The customer must notify us within the first forty-eight (48) hours after receiving the product. Clear evidence in the form of photographs or video will be required.

Sizing is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend carefully reviewing the size guide before making a purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in perfect condition.

Exchanges and store credit are not accepted on promotional, discounted, or final sale items.

Store credit does not have an expiration date and may be used on any available product.

Shipping costs related to exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, except when the error or defect is attributable to the store.

We reserve the right to deny any exchange request if the product does not meet the conditions stated above.
