SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once the order has been processed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding tracking number.

Local Shipping – Puerto Rico

We offer standard shipping and, when available, express shipping.

The estimated delivery time for orders within Puerto Rico is two (2) to five (5) business days, depending on the location and the courier service used.

United States and International Shipping

Orders shipped to the United States and other international destinations are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.

Delivery times may vary between seven (7) to twenty-one (21) business days or more, depending on the destination country, customs processes, and the selected shipping method.

International shipping costs are calculated based on the package weight and destination country, or through a flat rate if specified during checkout.

Important Information

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processes, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

For international shipments, any import taxes, duties, customs fees, or additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
